Sundering Mod (max) (x3) - 1k ea
Fortitude Mod (max) (x5) - 1k ea

Hammer:

Furious Mod (max) - 1k

Axe:

Furious Mod (max) (x3) - 1.5k ea

not 100 % on the amounts, but i should have most of them
